Your account and forms

Provide accurate account details, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and use forms only on websites you own or have permission to manage. You remain responsible for your forms, the information they collect, and any required notices or permissions from visitors.

Acceptable use

Do not use Pentreeform for spam, phishing, malware, harassment, unlawful content, or collecting information without authority. Do not bypass security checks, quotas or access controls. Do not collect passwords, payment card details or highly sensitive personal information through the service. File uploads are not supported.

Plans and billing

Prices are listed in USD per month: Free $0, Starter $3, Pro $7, and Agency $15. Paid subscriptions renew monthly through Paystack until cancelled using the subscription management link in your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; paid access continues until the end of the paid period. Your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion charges.

Contact Support about billing errors or refund requests. Nothing here removes any non-waivable refund or consumer rights under applicable law.

Limits and retention

Monthly submission allowances are shared across the account: 100 on Free, 1,000 on Starter, 5,000 on Pro, and 15,000 on Agency. They reset at the start of each calendar month in UTC. Submissions above the allowance are rejected and not saved. Form limits are 2, 5, 20 and 50 respectively.

History is retained for 30, 183, 366 and 366 days respectively. When paid access expires, Free limits and retention apply. Export records you need to keep.

Your content

You keep your rights to your form content and submissions. You give Pentreeform permission to store, process and transmit that content as needed to operate the service, including email notifications and security checks.

Availability and delivery

We save accepted submissions before sending notifications and retry temporary sending failures. Email delivery and uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Check the inbox and delivery status, keep your own exports, and do not use Pentreeform as the only channel for emergencies or time-critical communications.

Suspension and leaving

We may restrict access to investigate abuse, protect the service, or comply with applicable law. You can stop using the service, cancel your subscription and request account deletion through Support. Ending use does not automatically cancel a paid subscription.

Updated terms will appear here with a revised date. Contact Support with questions about your account or these terms. Applicable mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
