Support

A little help, so you can keep building.

Something not working?

Report a bug or ask a product question on GitHub. Include what happened, what you expected, and your browser or device.

Open a support request

GitHub requests are public and require a GitHub account. Never post passwords, API keys, payment details or customer submissions.

Before you submit

  • Use the HTTPS website registered for your form. Root and www addresses both work.
  • Copy the full endpoint into your form. Pentreeform handles security verification.
  • Check your monthly allowance and that the form is active.
  • If a message is saved but email is missing, check its delivery status and your spam folder.

See the setup example or open your workspace.

Account, billing or privacy?

Open a request asking for a private contact channel. Keep the public request free of account details and personal information; share sensitive information only after a maintainer provides a private channel. Never share your password or sign-in links.

If you submitted a form on someone else’s website, contact that website’s owner about your message.

A few quick answers.

Can I keep my existing form?

Yes. Keep your design, point its action to your Pentreeform endpoint, and use named fields. Pentreeform handles spam verification. Submit and submit from the HTTPS website you registered.

What happens if an email notification fails?

Your saved submission stays in your inbox for your plan’s retention period. Temporary sending failures are retried automatically, up to five attempts. Bounces and permanent failures need attention; check the notification status in your inbox.

What happens when I reach my monthly limit?

New submissions are rejected and are not saved. Your limit is shared across all your forms and resets at the start of each calendar month in UTC. Upgrade for more room, and ask the visitor to submit again after capacity is available.
